Return Policy

At INPS CLASSES, we strive to provide the best coaching experience for our students. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our return policy below:

1. 24-Hour Refund Guarantee:
Students who request a refund within 24 hours of enrollment will receive a full refund, no questions asked. The refund request must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

2. Refund Requests Beyond 24 Hours:

  • After 24 hours of enrollment, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Students may choose to transfer their enrollment to a different course or batch, subject to availability and management approval.

3. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, please provide the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Course Enrolled

  • Date and Time of Enrollment

  • Reason for Refund (Optional)

Send your refund request to inpsclasses@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Course materials, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable.

  • Any additional services, such as one-on-one mentoring, special workshops, or customized study plans, are non-refundable.

5. Special Cases:
In rare cases of extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies), the management may review refund requests beyond the 24-hour window at its discretion. Supporting documents may be required.
